Missing item or any discrepancy must be reported within 7 days upon
receiving merchandise.

Past due invoice is subject to a 1.5% financing charge per month.

Every bounced check will have a $15.00 fee imposed.

Customer fail to pay, our company has the right to send the customer to
collection agent and the customer should be responsible for the collection fee.

RETURN FOR REPAIR

In-Warranty Repair
-
Items may be returned for repair without charge, under warranty, for up to
ONE YEAR (Calendar date) from the date of invoice unless otherwise stated on the
invoice. The warranty is non-transferable. ILY makes no guarantee of
compatibility and does not guarantee items which are used for any purpose other
than those specified in its accompanying instruction manual. All returns must be
authorized by ILY’s RMA Department (562) 801-2888. Describe the item to be
returned and the reason for the return. The RMA Representative will issue an RMA
number. You may then return the item for repair. Be sure to write the RMA number
clearly on the shipping label and enclose a copy of your original invoice.

For items that are phased out, or for which no replacement is available, or
which are irreparable, ILY will give credit equal to a proportion of the
original purchase value as follows:
2~6 months: 85%
7~12 month: 80%

RETURN FOR CREDIT

Merchandise returned for credit is subject to a restocking charge. Prior to
returning any merchandise to ILY, you must contact ILY’s RMA Department to
request authorization to return material. ILY’s RMA Department will process
the necessary paperwork and issue an RMA number which must be clearly displayed
on the shipping labels on all returned boxes. Returned goods must be shipped in
their original boxes and packing materials with a copy of the original invoice
enclosed. All manuals, cables, diskettes, and accessories originally shipped
must be included with the product and in sellable condition. Otherwise, the
credit will be deducted accordingly. No returned merchandise will be accepted
without an authorized RMA number.

There is a 20% restocking fee for credit returns between 0 to 30 calendar
days from the date of invoice.

No refund or credit returns will be issued after 30 days. No exceptions.

SOFTWARE AND IC CHIP RETURN

All sales of software, or IC chips, and special orders are final. IC chips
such as CPUs and REMOTE BOOT ROMs will be replaced for a period of 30 calendar
days from the date of invoice. No refund or credit will be given. No exceptions.

CANCELLATION OR REFUSAL

RMA number is good for 15 days. After 15 days, the RMA number is no longer
valid and a new number must be obtained by customer.

All RMA products will be shipped back with ground service freight prepaid.
However, priority delivery of replaced product(s) can be arranged if the
requester is willing to pay the freight charged.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for refund processing.
