During the order process, you are asked to provide financial information for the sole purpose of extending credit or processing your order via credit card or select payment method. This data is used within financial institutions as a normal course of doing business and for no other purpose.

Shipping and Handling

Most customers would like to know the shipping and handling charges before the purchase. Our program can show you the total shipping and handing charges before you enter your credit card information. Simply add items to cart and enter your zip code at the checkout page. Click on "Next" and selection of shipping method will be displayed with the fees accordingly. You do not have to click purchase at the end if you do not agree to the shipping and handling charges.

Return & Exchange

General Guidelines
Missing item or any discrepancy must be reported within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise.

RMA number is good for 15 days. After 15 days, the RMA number is no longer valid and a new number must be obtained by customer.

No return on software and special orders. Most sales of IC chips are final. Some IC chips such as CPUs and REMOTE BOOT ROMs may be replaced for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of invoice. No refund or credit will be given. No exceptions.

How to Return
Step 1: Contact ILY RMA Department by calling (626)322-3888
Step 2: State your invoice number, item to return, serial number, and reason for return. A RMA number will be issued to you for qualifying return.
Step 3: Pack the item to be returned carefully with a copy of the invoice. Write the RMA number on the invoice AND on the outside of the package. Ship the package via an insured carrier. NOTE: ILY is not responsible for goods damaged during transit. Any package without a RMA number clearly marked on the package may be refused.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing.

Return for Credit
Merchandise returned for credit is subject to a restocking charge. Prior to returning any merchandise to ILY, you must contact ILY’s RMA Department to request authorization to return. ILY’s RMA Department will process the necessary paperwork and issue an RMA number which must be clearly displayed on the shipping labels on all returned boxes. Returned goods must be shipped in their original boxes and packing materials with a copy of the original invoice enclosed. All manuals, cables, diskettes, and accessories originally included with the merchandise must be returned with the product and in sellable condition. Otherwise, the credit will be deducted accordingly. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an authorized RMA number.

There is a 20% restocking fee for credit returns between 0 to 30 calendar days from the date of invoice. No refund or credit returns will be issued after 30 days. No exceptions.

Repair

Warranty Repair
Items may be returned for repair without charge under warranty for up to ONE YEAR (calendar days) from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stated. The warranty is non-transferable and non-negotiable. ILY makes no guarantee of compatibility and does not guarantee items which are used for any purpose other than those specified in its accompanying instruction manual. Please follow the return procedure to obtain a RMA number. Make sure to state that the return is for warranty repair.

For items that are discontinued, irreparable, or for which no replacement is available, ILY will give credit equal to a proportion of the original purchase value as follows:
2~6 months: 85%
7~12 month: 80%

Out-of-Warranty Repair

All repaired products will be shipped back with ground service freight prepaid. However, expedited delivery can be arranged if the requester is willing to pay the freight charge.

Cancellation or Refusal

All order cancellations must be received prior to shipment by ILY. Otherwise, merchandise refused or returned is subject to a service fee and shipping costs.

Other Terms & Conditions

Past due invoice is subject to a 1.5% financing charge per month.

Every bounced check will have a $15.00 fee imposed.

Customer fail to pay, our company has the right to send the customer to collection agent and the customer should be responsible for the collection fee.
